The Business systems analyst will be working with Finance department and Engineers in the Applications development and Business intelligence teams. At High level the analyst will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of the Finance / Operations team and stakeholders to help identify the business problems formulate and scope the process and partner with engineering team to provide solutions. Employee must act as the liaison between the business side of the Netflix and the providers of services to the enterprise. Employee must have a good understanding of Procure2Pay,Order management, financial reporting and IT standards. Fixed Assets, financials (GL/AP/AR/CM/FA) would be an advantage. Devices and modifies the procedures to solve complex business problems considering system capacity , systems limitations, operating time and desired needs of the user. Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases on systems analysis, while conducting the business implications of information technology, as applied to current and future business needs.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve the project objectives and improve business process.
Develops documentation of business and user needs, and systems requirement specifications.
Set up and configure Oracle E-business suite 11i P2P, FND, AR, AP,GL,FA, Cash management, Workflow modules & Oracle Alerts
Accounting hierarchy set ups, document and reconcile accounting entries from GL to sub ledgers.
Act as the functional expert and work with engineering team to implement interfaces to oracle ERP via standard interfaces as well as adapters.
Develop report specifications.
Prepares and drives work project plans.
Participates in design, acceptance testing, and implementation of information systems.
Experience & Competencies:
Required:
8+ knowledge in Oracle E-Business suite and at least 2 years of that in version 11.5.10
Strong accounting expertise with accruals, depreciation, amortization, IFRS functionality.
Strong understanding of Oracle Applications structure, interfaces and using SQL to navigate through the data.
Has worked with Multi Org, Multi currency set ups.
5+ years of knowledge and experience in general business practices and procedures.
5+ years of knowledge and experience in the use of techniques for business process analysis and systems design.
Strong knowledge of Procure2Pay, GL, Cash management Fixed assets.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and Enterprise planning and budgeting.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals or technical procedures.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, engineers and customers.
Ability to think logically in solving problems and to present recommendations in a clear & concise form.
Nice To Have:
Oracle FSG Reports and ADI.
Oracle Applications R12.
Good knowledge of working with Fusion Middleware, BPEL processes etc.
Education:
CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

ORACLE SOA DEVELOPER
The Oracle SOA Developer works within the Information Technology organization, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Business Systems Group. The Oracle SOA Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting technical solutions for the Oracle E-Business Financials EBS R12 application providing support to the Accounting and Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and HR functions. The role requires the ability to work jointly with the development and infrastructure operations team as well as with the outside hosted services provider, systems integrators, and a variety of corporate functional teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support application systems either through new development of systems, enhancement of existing systems, or 3rd party products. Work with technical and functional teams to ensure effective delivery of systems.
• Use software development methodologies and standards as defined by organization to effectively code and deliver systems
• Work with technical teams within group as well as outside group to ensure effective delivery of systems
• Design the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)/ Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) tier
• Participate in design sessions with project staff as required
• Build BPEL processes to support orchestration of web services
• Participate in team reviews of design artifacts and code, make changes as required, and recommend alternative solutions where appropriate
• Follow established processes for configuration and release management to ensure that all project artifacts are managed, integrated, and versioned according to standards
• Work with SOA development team to implement SOA components like Repository and Universal Description Discovery and Integration registry to manage web services
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering or related field) or equivalent and five to seven years of related experience
• 2 years experience in the SOA Development, preferable within Oracle enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of SOAs
• Strong background in systems architecture and relevant technologies, including portal technologies, middleware technologies, and J2EE
• Significant knowledge and experience designing and developing Enterprise Service Bus/ SOA /Integration Tier Architecture (Web Services, J2EE, BPEL/Business Process Orchestration)
• Experience with Oracle SOA Suite
• Experience with Oracle EBS 11i and/or r12
• Experience with Oracle JDeveloper

Essential Duties and Job Functions:
Be a key player in the translation and/or design of functional requirements into technical designs within the Oracle system.
Develop/maintain Oracle Financials custom code and interfaces to Oracle Forms-based applications in accordance with business requirements;
Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions, triggered from UI events or database triggers, to implement complex business logic;

Provide the setups in the Oracle application necessary to deploy and maintain developed components.
Participate in and adhere to the code management process, including use of source-code control utilities and facilitation of migration of code across multiple Oracle instances.
Understand and apply application tuning techniques to improve code performance.
Understand and apply System Development Life Cycle methodologies;
Understand and apply Change and Configuration Management policies and procedures;
Identify design limitations and mitigate technology-based business risk;
Mentor and develop junior staff

Requirements

Solid Knowledge of Procurement-to-Pay model and Order-to-cash model.
Custom development experience in Reports, Interfaces, Customizations and Extensions
Implementation and configuration experience with Oracle 12 Apps
Participated in all phases of Oracle implementation, including Requirements, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment
OA Framework and Forms Personalization’s

Job Responsibilities
Daily Oracle Applications and database administration, performance tuning, backup and recovery of Oracle systems.

Develop technical architecture and design solutions.
Work closely with development team for day to day support, code migrations, table designs, data modeling, performance tuning and other related tasks.
Create tables, views, indexes, clusters, sequences, and triggers.
Implement single handedly or work with a project team to execute projects as assigned including activities like task estimation, planning, research, implementation, support, risk mitigation analysis, etc.
Provide technical consultation (including training) in advanced technologies.
Work with software and tools vendors to identify and resolve technical problems.

Qualifications Requirements:
6+ years of experience as an Oracle Applications Database Administrator in a 24/7 production environment with a good understanding of Oracle Applications 11i and Rel 12 technical architecture.
Strong expertise in Oracle 11.5.10/9iAS/10G on Unix (Solaris ver 9/ ver 10) platform.
Expert on all standard Oracle Applications DBA related functions –Monitoring, performance tuning, production support, space management, cloning, patching, upgrades, code migration, ADI support and user maintenance.
Must have exposure to supporting an implementation of Oracle Applications 11i through GO-LIVE and production support.
Implementation experience in various Backup strategies including RMAN for Oracle Application environment.
Good knowledge and understanding with Oracle High Availability technologies like DataGuard, RAC.
Experience with Application server 10g and BPEL server installation/maintenance is a plus.
Experience with 3rd party printing solution (Evergreen), tax software (i.e. Vertex), s/w tools -Toad, SQL Navigator and monitoring tools like spotlight a plus.
